Overview

We investigate the deterioration of salt damage and alkali-aggregate reaction in concrete structures, and diagnose deterioration factors and the progress of deterioration by analyzing chloride ion, alkali and anion, accelerated expansion test, EPMA analysis, etc. Predict deterioration progress and evaluate repair effects.

In addition, based on the results of diagnosis and evaluation, we propose the most appropriate repair method from the viewpoint of life cycle cost.

We have a testing laboratory in Kanazawa City as a research base to analyze and test for diagnosis and evaluation and to extend the life of concrete structures.
