It is difficult to perform push-ups and squats many times during the lane regulation training in the summer or for physical strength training. I will scratch it. Helmets are heavy and their heads are sealed, so you must be careful about heat stroke. However, maintaining and improving physical strength through rigorous training is important for quick work on site and for protecting the safety of customers.

When we arrived at the scene after being informed that an accident had occurred in the snow, it was at the time of traffic regulation because the accident vehicle was stopped in the passing lane. I was in charge of surveillance, guiding and monitoring in front of the accident car, and another member was in charge of operation, checking the condition of the injured. Then, the vehicle, which had been mishandled due to snow, slipped into me while slipping. I missed it, but as I was training, I was monitoring the passing vehicles directly, so I was able to avoid entering vehicles. If you want to be careless for a moment, you will be terrified.
