Excellent corrosion resistance and durability

Compared to conventional hot-dip galvanized steel pipe (our product), it is extremely excellent in red rust resistance. Also, the durability of the weld repair part is excellent.

  ・ZAM®製鋼管の溶接部のビードカット面は特殊な溶射補修を施していますので、鋼管全体に高耐食性が維持されます。

  ・ZAM®製鋼管内面のビード部も犠牲防食作用とAl、Mgを含む緻密な亜鉛系保護皮膜により、防食されています。

  

Excellent scratch resistance

ZAM®は他の溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板や銅板、溶融亜鉛-アルミニウム系合金めっき銅板に比べ、めっき層が緻密で強固なため、キズがつきにくく美観を保ちます。また加工時の疵や繰り返しの摩擦を受ける用途への適用にも可能です。
