This product is a silane-based surface impregnation material that is blended with a penetrating rust inhibitor to extend the life of existing concrete structures (preventing and delaying corrosion of rebar).
By applying this product to the surface of concrete, a waterproof layer is formed on the surface of the concrete, preventing the infiltration of chloride ions and water, which are factors in deterioration. At the same time, the additionally formulated penetrating rust inhibitor penetrates close to the rebar, forming a waterproof film around the rebar, thereby inhibiting corrosion of the rebar.

Forms a water absorption prevention layer and a non-corrosive environment
The special additives contained in the product remain on the surface during curing, suppressing the evaporation of the impregnating material components and forming a 4mm to 6mm thick water absorption prevention layer.
In addition, by suppressing the volatilization of the rust inhibitor components, the components penetrate deep into the concrete, creating a non-corrosive environment around the rebar. -
The anti-rust ingredients penetrate deep into the soil, inhibiting corrosion of rebar.
Even in concrete that already contains chloride ions, the added effect of the penetrating rust preventive agent suppresses corrosion of reinforcing bars and can be expected to extend the lifespan of existing concrete structures.
