概要
AT380ST is a solventless epoxy resin adhesive that fills fatigue cracks in steel structures with a simple injection method. It penetrates and adheres well to the tip of the fatigue crack, preventing the growth of the fatigue crack. Early and high strength can be obtained under all conditions such as dry and wet conditions.

Construction procedure

Crack investigation and marking |
Check the condition, width and length of the crack. |

Crack cleaning |
Clean cracks with air spray. |

Epoxy resin injection |
Inject the static mixer tip against the crack. |

Infiltration and filling of cracks |
The resin injection is repeated within the pot life of the material while visually checking the penetration into the crack. |

Curing curing |
Strive for hardening and curing to avoid impact. (About 24 hours) |
使用方法
- Remove dust, oil, etc. from the construction surface.
- Measure the main agent and curing agent at a ratio of 2: 1 (by volume) and stir well while paying attention to air entrapment.
- Mix at once so that it can be used up within the pot life.
- Please work in an environment of 5 ℃ or more.
