塩害対策として、劣化因子である塩化物イオンを固定化し、無害化する塩化物イオン固定化材を予め混和した断面修復材。
ポイント
特長
- A polyacrylic acid ester (PAE) -based powder polymer blended type that exhibits high adhesion strength and bending strength, and also suppresses the penetration of water, carbon dioxide, and chloride ions, which are deterioration factors for reinforced concrete structures.
- Because it is a premix type manufactured under strict quality control at the factory, good mortar can be obtained simply by adding water and kneading on site.
- A special fiber-mixed type that suppresses the occurrence of cracks, which greatly affects the durability of mortar.
- Standard coating thickness is about 10 to 20 mm per layer. It has appropriate viscosity for ironing and good workability.
Anticorrosion effect
- 40℃の腐食促進環境下において10%NaCl水溶液中に供試体を1年間にわたって半浸漬した結果、普通セメントの補修材では18.6%の発錆が確認されましたが、RISクロルフィックスエースでは発錆が確認されませんでした。
